Saint Cecilia’s Church and its mission church, Queen of Heaven Church , are located in the southern part of Jefferson County, New York, part of the Diocese of Ogdensburg. We aim to model a faith community in which God’s unconditional love for his people, the church, is evident, and His message of salvation is known.
